Erica Pablo, DPT
Doctor of Physical Therapy of Orange County
Dr. Erica Pablo is from Cerritos, California. She earned her Bachelor of Science
in Physiological Science from the University of California, Los Angeles and her
Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Southern California with a
special emphasis in spinal injuries and pediatrics.
Dr. Pablo completed her pediatric physical therapy internship with the
California Children's Services and an internship in rehabilitation of neurological
disorders, including stroke and brain injury. She is a teaching assistant and a
regular guest lecturer for Mount St. Mary's Orthopedic Patient Management
Dr. Pablo is co-owner and clinical director of Knight Physical Therapy. She
specializes in complex neurological and orthopedic rehabilitation. Her gentle
treatment approach uses a combination of Eastern Medicine and traditional
physical therapy for her athletes and stroke patients in Anaheim, Orange, and
Dr. Pablo has a wide interest in sports and fitness. She is starting quarterback
on a women's club football team and she plays in a recreational basketball
league. She utilizes her knowledge and experience when working with
athletes from various sports.
Dr. Pablo is currently working with the Chapman University Women's
Basketball Team in Orange as their strength and conditioning consultant. In
addition, she has co-authored a chapter in a book addressing rehabilitation of
patients following spinal surgery.
